Compilación sueco emitido por Sonet Records [#SMLP-1]. Editado y compilado por Anders Helmerson . Grabado Primavera-Verano de 1984 en los estudios de grabación y Humlan Park Studio. Todas las canciones mezcladas en el Park Studio a excepción de "Wisdom Train" y "The Heater is Hot" por SHED que fue grabado y mezclado en los B-Studio (Decibel). 
 El primero en salir es UNIVERSE aquí contribuyendo con las canciones ""Looking for an Answer" y "Burning Machine". Estas canciones más tarde aparecería en las mismas versiones de su álbum homónimo de debut lanzado en 1985 obra maestra.

 MOTHERLODE: "Moving Emotions" y "Father of Lies", aquí en las diferentes versiones de su álbum debut "The Sanctuary".

 SPELLBOUND : "Seducer", "Love Taker" y "Passion Kills", en versiones iguales como en el álbum "Breaking the Spell".

 SHED: la banda menos conocida en esta compilación, pero seguro uno de los mejores. Contribuye con las dos canciones fantásticas, "Wisdom Train" y "The Heater is Hot. es un perfecto Melodic / FWOSHM!. Para mala información no viene con la compilación, sólo un bandphoto + los titulos de la pista. No se sabe otra grabaciones de la banda.
